I feel like this weekend went by way, way too fast! We did have a really fun weekend and that's probably why it feels like it flew by. We went to the food trucks in our neighborhood on Friday night which was a blast and woke up Saturday morning and went out to the beach for the Blue Angels and what a perfect day it was! If you follow me on Instagram (aubrey.asplen.alley) you probably saw the picture of Roscoe in my bike basket! It was the perfect fit for him and he was so stinking adorable sitting in front of my handlebars. After the beach we went over to a friends house for a pumpkin carving party and watched some football (my heart is still broken over the FSU game), but we did wake up the next morning to watch the Jaguars win their game in London!
Enough about the weekend- I thought since Halloween is in a week I would post some of my fall decor I have put up around our house! I didn't do much this year, just put little hints of fall here and there, but I wanted to share the little bit I did! I tried to link as much as I could; A lot of it were just leaves I broke off of bundles from Michael's and cute signs I found in the dollar section of Target. If you incorporate the items and centerpieces you already own and just add touches of color and small fall decor pieces it is fairly easy to throw together and give your home a cozy feel about it! And if all else fails and you get too lazy to do any of that, just whip up a batch of pumpkin cheesecake cookies, light an Autumn candle, and snuggle up in your favorite blanket while you watch some football!
