2015 HOME AND PATIO SHOW

Rise and Shine, it's Monday! 

Above are some snaps from the Home & Patio Show we went to yesterday! We got some great ideas for fall decorations, staging, and, in pictures 8 & 9 one exhibitor turned an outdoor storage shed into a chic living area! How clever!! I love the hanging plants in the first couple of pictures, I really think that may be our next DIY project for the backyard- it looks so simple too, all they did was turn a deck railing sideways, drilled holes to hang the recycled food tins and planted flowers; definitely going to give it a try. 

The bucket purse in the second to last picture was soo cute- I'm regretting not taking it home; I did buy a beautiful necklace from this boutique though, the owner of Diva Daisies was so sweet and had some really cute bracelets, scarves, purses, etc.. check out her Facebook page here.

We ended the day at Sweet Pete's and the Candy Apple Cafe. If you're ever in the heart of downtown Jacksonville area, you have to go for yourself! I thought I was in heaven! It's THREE levels of candy store, ice cream parlor, cupcake shop, restaurant and a bar. There was a 10 year old having his birthday party there and I said I am most definitely having a birthday party there one day!.....kidding....kinda...

Anyhow, we had a great weekend, we watched a lot of football Saturday, kinda confused about some games... (did anyone else watch the UF/ Ole Miss game??! haha sorry, Go Noles!!) but all in all it was a fun weekend with the family!
